Shitbox Rally – Update

Club Terrigal and members all very kindly supported team “Grey? No Mad!” raise in excess of $9k donations for the Cancer Council, by driving their Shitbox Rally car from Adelaide to Perth via Uluru in just 8 days during April.

In fact, the total 250 cars that entered the Autumn 2024 Shitbox rally have raised more than $2.7million, breaking  all prior records for the rallies 14 year history (which have now raised a total exceeding $45million for the Cancer Council).

Dolphins bowler Jeff Hayhurst and Terrigal resident David Walters, successfully navigated their Shitbox (being a car worth less than $1,500) a total of approximately 6,000 klm, through many famous outback roads and remote homesteads including Oodnadatta and Coober Peddy etc.
